Irish Energy Ratings is an Irish Company, owned and managed by Guy Dobson ASCS MRICS and Sean Oragano ASCS MRICS, both of whom are Chartered Building Surveyors. Key personnel within our organisation include an MSc Environmental Engineer, Chartered Building Surveyors and Registered BER (Building Energy Rating) Assessors.

Irish Energy Ratings is fully covered by Professional Indemnity Insurance and as members of The Society of Chartered Surveyors and Registered BER Assessors, (all BER Assessors are registered with Sustainable Energy Ireland), we are bound by their rules and regulations.
