Serving the needs of the Petro-Chem and Service Industries, Ventx manufacture solutions to Venting and Noise in pipe work. We provide our customers with cost-effective and practical solutions to their noise problem by providing custom-built silencers.

Noise is a particularly difficult factor to predict, and at the core of the Ventx design procedure is our advanced computer software.
This specially created program allows us to see the noise level most likely to be created from the customer provided data. Interpretation of the data blended with experience help lead to providing a proven solution.

REDUCING NOISE
A Ventx silencer not only reduces the noise from a valve, but can help reduce the size of that valve by providing a controlled back pressure. Our silencer inlets are designed and manufactured in accordance with a relevant design code, usually ASME B31.3, and, when applicable, the requirements of the PED are met and CE mark.

All Ventx Industrial Silencers are manufactured using only good-quality materials. Every unit is designed to withstand the thermal shock produced by high pressures and temperatures when operating. All fabrication is performed by an experienced and qualified workforce, and all our Industrial Silencers are guaranteed for performance and build quality. Ventx are pleased to say all our manufacturing is based in the UK, and customer inspection is always welcome.

Good Start to 2016

Ventx have had a busy start to 2016, thanks to some hard work in 2015. Two large contracts have recentl been dispatch and two more are in the final stages. One contact for six silencers to our customer in Ellesmere Port, these follow five unit sent last September.

Who says the UK does not export! Last year almost 50% of Ventx silencers were exports, destinations included France, Spain, South Africa and Mexic.

Heading into 2016

Ventx are looking forward to suppling more EU and oversea’s customers in 2016.

Dispite a slow-down probably due to a fall in the price of oil and gas Ventx are still getting many enquiries. Many of these recent enquiries have been to replace old silencers. Sorry they do not last for ever but most new units are replacing one that have been in service for 30 years. It good to know some customers are looking long-term.
