Metcraft Lighting have been specialising in the manufacture of Heritage & Decorative Production Lighting since its formation in 1983 and are still continually developing and adding products to the ranges ensuring we can meet the needs of our client base.
For over thirty years we have worked with local authorities, architects, consultants and contractors throughout the UK and Ireland on a vast range of projects; these include major schemes of both national and historical importance for clients such as the City of Westminster along with numerous other town-centre projects and specialist contracts.

Kings Garden Lighting Stock Restoration
King’s Gardens were awarded £5.5m from the Heritage Lottery Fund as part of the ‘Parks for People Programme’. With these funds the park underwent a massive overhaul starting in 2012.
As part of the overhaul the lighting stock was refurbished and in parts replaced. All of the luminaries where replaced and columns were refurbished where practical and new patterns made for columns which were beyond repair.
During this project photographs from the early years of the park where studied and as part of this a new reeded globe was manufactured which was in keeping with the original installation as these had been replaced by standard globes during maintenance over the years.
