Noel Kelly, owner and operator of Noel Kelly Safety Services, has a MSc in Environmental Health and Safety Management and is a Chartered Member of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH), operating on a continual basis since 2007 after many years working in a range of different sectors as outlined above. We have access to many like-minded safety and training professionals to meet all client requests.

What We Do
Noel Kelly offers on-the-ground support and solutions to all sectors, at a local level this includes project-based safety statements, risk assessments, audits, inspections, surveys and training. At corporate level we provide management systems, risk management strategies and solutions, risk management documentation, management and staff training. The training rooms and board room at Harbourville House are equipped with the most up to date media for course and meeting presentation, we can supply these rooms to organisations requiring a quality location for their meeting and training requirements, we are IOSH and Lantra approved trainers.

Noel Kelly provides consultancy and advisory service, with a focus on quality, professionalism and expertise unrivalled in the construction, manufacturing, shipping, transport, extractive and service industries. Noel Kelly works for some of Ireland’s largest private sector organisations, a number of Ireland’s larger Government departments, as well as hundreds of small and medium sized enterprises, no distinction is made in terms of the quality of service provided to my clients.

Detailed specific ‘Safety Statements’, ‘Method Statements’ and ‘Risk Assessments’ can be prepared to the clients own requirements.

We can act as Project Supervisor for the Design Process (PSDP) and as Project Supervisor for the Construction Stage (PSCS). Helping clients achieve their statutory duties under the Construction Regulations 2013. One of our specialities is acting for house/home owners during building and renovation works at their own homes.

Site visits and audits can be preformed and detailed reports provided to the project managers and directors on items requiring attention or action.

Safety Management
The Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005’s primary focus is on the prevention of workplace accidents, illnesses and dangerous occurrences and it provides also for significantly increased fines and penalties.

One of the aims of the Act is to encourage a responsible attitude on the part of both employers and employees.
