Concrete Repairs
Concrete can be damaged in many ways. Carbonation is the most common. The reinforcement will corrode over time which causes the concrete to crack and spall, but chemical damage or mechanical abrasion are also common. Rising Damp and Leaks

Rising damp often becomes evident in the form of stained walls, blistering and peeling paintwork, as well as salt accumulation up to one-meter high. Rising damp can arise for various reasons, the common causes of which are: failure of an existing damp proof course (DPC) and bridging due to raising of either external or internal ground levels.
Water Reservoir Repairs
MK Coatings are specialists in maintenance of water-reservoir tanks. Relining the tanks using approved products and conducting localised crack-injection repairs allows us to drastically reduce water leaks.
There comes a point when service is needed in the productive lifespan of each reservoir tank. Relining is recommended when the present coating fails. Failure to reline will result in further erosion, which will eventually permeate the outer wall – potentially allowing contaminants to enter the water tank.
