The speakers at the seminar, which is being held at Custom House Quay, include Frank Daly, Chairman of NAMA; Brendan Kenny, Assistant City Manager, Dublin City Council; Evanne Kilmurray, CEO of Inner City Enterprises; and Phillip Matthews, President of the National College of Ireland.

Dublin Central Labour TD Joe Costello is coordinating the seminar.
He said: "The seminar is the culmination of a year of activities on how to ensure the social and economic regeneration of the Dublin Docklands. The Dublin Docklands is an area with a rich history and strong sense of community. However, it is beset by ingrained social problems and has been let down by previous government's attempts at regeneration.
"I have worked with a broad range of stakeholders over the last year to ensure that, this time, the Dockland community's benefit from both a social and economic regeneration."
