B90 Ballystrudder Road To Be Resurfaced

A road resurfacing scheme has been announced on the B90 Ballystrudder Road, Islandmagee.

The £215,000 scheme will provide 2km of new road surface from Fairview to the Low Road in the village of Islandmagee.

The works and traffic management arrangements are programmed in order to minimise inconvenience to the public. However motorists should be aware that some delays may be expected and that additional time should be allowed when planning any journeys.

To protect the safety of the travelling public and contractors during the scheme it will be necessary to provide traffic control and road closures for resurfacing, starting on Thursday 14 August 2014 for two weeks.
