Works To Sewerage Infrastructure In Ballygally To Recommence

Improvements to the sewerage infrastructure in the Ballygally area is to recommence on the Coast Road on Monday 22nd September.

The work is expected to take approximately 10 weeks.

The purpose of this work is to upgrade the sewers in order to improve the integrity and capacity of the existing infrastructure and reduce the risk of out of sewer flooding.

A road closure will be in place at Ballygally Slipway on the Coast Road and the diversion route between Drains Bay and Ballygally will be via Trench Road, Old Glenarm Road and Croft Road. Signage will be in place along the diversion route.
