Saw Cutting & Coring
With both wall and floor saws, capable of dust free cutting to a depth of 250mm and 300mm respectively, removal of reinforced concrete, asphalt and masonry can be facilitated.
Construction Joints have undertaken thousands of metres of road sawing.

Our wide variety of sawing equipment can cope with a number of restrictions sometimes found on site.

Specialised Joint Sealing
From everyday expansion joints through to bespoke car park joints, Construction Joint’s team of experts complete the task on hand quickly and efficiently leaving you, the Client, with a professional finish on the selected surface.
From a private house to the Titanic Quarter (and everything in-between) whether there is 100ft of joints or 10 miles we will leave you with a job you can be proud of.

Grouted Macadam
Service yards are very susceptible to damage from salt, frost and wheel movements. The top 10-25mm spalls away leaving an uneven surface for foot and forklift traffic. After carrying out surveys, we repaired two Asda yards , each yard approx 1000sq/m. The degree and extent of damage determines, along with falls on the site, the depth of concrete to be removed (usually between 30-40mm). Once planed the open graded asphalt is installed using specialist industrial products.
When the open graded asphalt (OGA) has cooled to 30 degrees, the micro silica and super plasticised grout is poured and permeates to the full depth of the OGA. Finally the area is finished very neatly with a squeegee. Full traffic can be allowed after 24 hours. Work on each yard was completed in four days.
