A multidisciplinary specialist consultancy established over 25 years providing Material Testing, Site Investigation and Structural Investigation services to the construction industry throughout the UK. Our work is accredited and assured under the ISO system, and has been certified under the RISQS framework for Rail projects. Building Surveying
Structural investigation and condition surveying is our specialism. We adopt intrusive and non-intrusive methods to determine and record the condition or defect and establish the cause of the issue. The structural survey can also determine the manner in which something has been constructed in order that it may be extended or otherwise worked upon. We offer bespoke testing and investigation to suit our clients requirements.

Our surveyors supported by our in house site technicians are able to offer rapid mobilisation and reporting to fulfil requirements for a variety of building projects. We undertake structural surveys to residential, commercial, retail and industrial sectors.

We are able to offer extensive building materials testing services to support our structural surveying teams. Our on-site test teams supported and supervised by building surveyors comprise trained technicians, all holding appropriate CSCS qualification and trained to work in Network Rail (PTS), London Underground (ICI-LUL), confined space and street works (NRSW) environments.
Site Investigation Services
Good quality site investigation is a vital part of any assured design. We are able to apply a range of investigation techniques to suit the engineering objectives, access constraints and budget of your project. Our team of specialist engineers and scientists can advise on the most suitable method to suit any project. They have experience across different sectors on projects ranging from domestic insurance claims and house builds to major infrastructure design and large commercial developments.

A significant portion of our business is completed on rail infrastructure. Providing investigation services for the designers of modernisation, expansion, improvement and maintenance projects on underground and overground rail sites throughout the UK. We have been supplying rail ground investigation services to the industry for many years. We have been involved in platform extension work prior to the 2012 Olympics and several major renovation projects as an example. Our experienced staff are well practiced in working safely and efficiently in the often challenging environment rail sites can present.

We offer a wide range of site investigation drilling services. This includes tracked windowless sampling, cable percussive (shell and auger), rotary coring, rotary auger, lightweight window sampler systems and hydrostatic diamond drilling. Our specialist drilling staff are qualified to, or are actively working towards, NVQ Land Drilling standards and our operatives are fully CSCS, PTS and LUL accredited.
