About GT Phelan Limited
Established in 1970, GT Phelan has been a distributor of Toshiba air conditioning systems in Ireland since 1981 making the company the longest established Toshiba distributor in Europe. With a wealth of knowledge obtained during that time GT Phelan can be trusted to deliver excellent technical support and availability of all critical parts when required.
The company also offer a range of training programs in their modern training facility which includes a working example of a VRF 3-pipe heat recovery system complete with all of the controls options available.
DESIGN
We can if required, offer to design the most appropriate air conditioning system for your needs, whether it be an individual unit for a single application, or a full design for an office building or retail premises. You can e-mail your drawings to us and we will return them to you fully laid out showing all services, from pipe-work to electrical cables and drains.
TRAINING
We offer CPD training for consulting engineers in conjunction with Toshiba U.K. There are currently four CIBSE Approved courses available:
* VRF, Application and Design
* Refrigerants
* Energy Efficiency
* Controls
Each session usually takes 1 hour and certificates are presented on completion. We can visit your premises during lunch and provide refreshments and sandwiches, ensuring minimal disruption to your working day. Comprehensive course notes are provided.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Renowned for the best technical support in the industry, we are available to offer solutions to any technical problem you may encounter on-site. From interpretation of fault codes to on-site support where required, you can rest assured that our technical team are always ready to help.
Warranty
All Toshiba air conditioning equipment is covered by a full 3 Year Parts Warranty with a labour allowance.
Warranty cover is available for equipment which has been regularly maintained by qualified personnel since commissioning date.
