Wall Insulation

• ecobead
  Bonded Bead Cavity Wall Insulation is a graphite polystyrene material which is injected in bead form with a binding agent and fire retardant into the cavities of new and existing houses.


• Kingspan TW50
  Kingspan TW50 is a High performance rigid urethane cavity wall insulation.

Timber Frame Wall Insulation

• Moy Acoustic
  Moy Isover Acoustic Rolls are lightweight glasswool rolls suitable for thermal, acoustic and fire resistance in walls and roof spaces. Moy Acoustic Rolls combine fire safety with highly efficient sound absorption.


• Metac
  Metac is a high-quality thermal insulation designed for a wide range of applications where space is at a premium and a high spec u-value is required.

Floor Insulation

• Kingspan TF70
  Kingspan TF70 provides insulation for solid concrete and suspended ground floors. The specifications for TF70 are High Performance rigid urethane insulation-thermal conductivity 0.022-0.023 W/m-K. Easy to handle and install; Ideal for new builds and refurbishment.


• Aerofloor Platinum
  Aerofloor Platinum is used to insulate floors of various constructions, including ground supported and suspended concrete floors with a slab, screed or chipboard overlay. Aerofloor Platinum is a lightweight insulation board with excellent thermal insulation properties. It is manufactured without the use of CFCs or HCFCs. The cells in the board contain air, not gas, ensuring consistent performance during it's lifetime.

Roof Insulation

• Kingspan TP10
  Where a 50mm air gap has to be maintained in a ventilated roof construction, using Kingspan TP10 can meet the required U-Value with minimal intrusion into valuable living space. KI recommends the use of TW56 insulated plasterboard laminate fixed to the underside of the rafters.


• Metac
  Metac is a high-quality thermal insulation designed for a wide range of applications where space is at a premium and a high spec u-value is required.


• Kingspan TW56
  TW56 is an insulated dry lining board for mechanical fixing - available in sizes from 20mm (32.5 including plaster slab 12.5mm) to 75mm (87.5 including plaster slab)

Flat Attic Insulation

• Knauf LoftRoll
  The U-Value required for the cold roof is 0.16, but here at Keating Insulation we always suggest that you surpass this. This is one of the easiest and most cost effective ways to upgrade your homes insulation. Keating Insulation has found that the best way to surpass this regulation is to install two layers of 200mm fibreglass.

Soundproofing

• Calibel
  Calibel is a part wall sound insulation material made up of a thick base of glasswool assuring excellent thermal, acoustic and mechanical insulation, onto which is stuck a plaster slab.
