Hugh McGreevy & Sons Limited

I purchased a newly built home from Hugh McGreevy & Sons Limited last year, and unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing due to a serious plumbing issue that has existed since the beginning.

Shortly after moving in, we discovered major problems with the plumbing. I contacted the builder immediately, and while they did send someone out to inspect the issue, they were unable to properly fix it. Since then, I've continued to follow up with them multiple times, hoping for a permanent solution — but despite my efforts, they have largely ignored my calls and messages.

What’s even more concerning is that I later found out several other houses built by them in the same development are experiencing similar plumbing issues. This suggests that the problem may be due to poor construction or substandard plumbing work across multiple properties, not just an isolated incident.

It’s incredibly frustrating to invest in a new home only to face ongoing issues that affect our quality of life. Living with a persistent plumbing problem has been stressful, and the lack of accountability and communication from Hugh McGreevy & Sons has made the situation worse.

I’m writing this review in the hope that it encourages the company to take responsibility and properly resolve the issue — not just for me, but for others affected as well.

Very impressive duplex apts developed by these constructors near fostersquare lucan, which are big sizwd bedrooms and planning was very nice . We missed oppourtunity to by house as all of them were sold. Looking forward to buy any houses constructed by these builders.
