Seemed fine initially when they came out and gave a quote and supposed timeframe, then strung us along and kept stringing us along. They repeatedly told us they would be out in a couple of days but never showed up, and the stories and excuses changed from week to week. Most of the time they didnt answer the phone or return calls. Eventually after ringing from a different phone it was apparent they had no intention of bothering with a domestic customer unless they had absolutely nothing better to do. Totally unreliable.
