I was initially thrilled with the service and quality of their products until approx.4 years after supplying and fitting all of the windows and doors in a new house we built we started having problems. I contacted them (well within the 10 year guarantee timeframe that I had been told their products were covered under) to inform them that my front doors had warped and were also letting in rain which consequently warped my floorboards inside, and that our backdoor had changed colour completely from black to brown. Since then we have at least 1 of our window frames that also lets rain in through. After numerous phone calls/emails (many of which were ignored) they sent out their sales rep who looked at the doors and said he would follow up on it but we have never heard anything back from them. There customer service is extremely poor and I would therefore advise NOT to use this company.
