Right Price Tiles

We recently had our bathroom renovated. We bought everything from right price tiles. The tiles,the shower unit, the toilet and the sink unit, when the work was finished we bought a storage unit, unfortunately it wasnt suitable so we returned it immediately. We were refused a refund. Store credit is of no use to me as the bathroom is finished. As we are pensioners we are not likely to be getting any further work done. Im asking if we can have a refund. We will pay any delivery fees.
