Was very happy with the extension Tommy and Neil built for us, they were on site early each morning and stuck to the 4 week schedule. Even though we made a few changes along the way the lads worked around us. Cant fault them and we have a great extra living space now.

Got windows and front door off tommy o rourke have problems with front door hole lock needs 2 be replaced came back put a temporary one in 6 months later still waiting on my new lock 2 be put in???? after a few hundred phone call 2 him on my part still waiting! oh my door cost more than windows!!! Rang again 5 times 2day said he would call me back now has phone off NOT HAPPY

Pity Mr. ORourke doesnt finish the job he was paid to do properly. Mr. ORourke renovated my conservatory last summer putting on a slate roof, with roof lights and installing patio doors. A fundamental part of any such job is ensuring the runoff of rain water from the roof is adequately addressed. Sadly nothing could be further from the truth. Since the job was completed there has been serious downpours over the winter where the run off has been pouring down the walls and windows.
After many phonecalls Mr. ORourke came to fix the issue but he arrived without the necessary connecting pipes required to do the job properly. He said he would be back to finish the job. Well, I havent seen him since. He wont answer his phone or his emails and he failed to turn up when promised to complete the job. I would never ever recommend this builder to anyone.
