We had a door fitted in 2016 and had nothing but trouble, we had draughts and snails coming under the front door. He came back and adjusted the door to no avail. In December 2022 I noticed the threshold rubber had been cut short and asked him to call and look at the door, he called and put a piece of foam draught excluder in the gap. The next day this fell out so I called him to let him know and ask him to fit a new rubber. He said he would call when he was in the area. I have phoned him over a dozen times and left messages but I have not seen or heard from him since even though the door has a ten year warrenty.
