Very unhappy with service provided. I contacted Watermans about applying for planning on a site I have in Dunmanway. I was not informed of local planning restrictions and when I discovered concerns from locals (not being from the locality myself) I raised this with Neil of Watermans and I was told in no uncertain terms I would have no problems. I paid in full only to get a refusal on the basis of not being from the area. I believe I have been strung along from the beginning it seems only to get money out of me. If you want honest and reliable service look elsewhere.
