SOLA SKYLIGHT WITH FLEXI TUBING
Sola Skylights offer one of the easiest and most affordable ways to bring daylight into traditionally low or no light interiors, at home or in the work place. It has the added benefit of free flow or powered ventilation if required.
Sola Skylights systems are an ecological and energy efficient solution to the dark areas within properties that do not have access to natural light, such as corridors, bathrooms, landings and lofts. By channelling natural daylight from a maintenance free, roof mounted, polycarbonate dome to a diffuser in the ceiling, the Sky Tunnel reduces the use of artificial light and provides natural light all day, even when its dull and cloudy. They are the only skylight on the market with a BBA Cert.
The Sky Tunnel’s innovative Flexi-Tube makes installing the unit easy and fast (around 2 hours). It also removes the need for framing, dry lining, skimming or painting usually associated with fitting loft or roof windows.
The Sky tunnel comes with flexible or rigid tubing. The rigid tube is designed for commercial and residential properties. Utilising a hard wearing mirror finished aluminium tube that is 98% reflective. The Flexible and rigid Sky Tunnel come in four different sizes a 350mm, 400mm, 500mm and 550mm.
The Skylight can also incorporate a benefit of an electric fan for use in bathrooms for ventilation. They come in either a 400mm or 500mm size. There is also the added benefit of adding an electric light unit into your skylight which can be used as a light switch at night.
