Refurbishment
The solution to all your property refurbishment and renovation needs lies with us. Problems such as leaking roofs and gutters can be addressed. After checking that the framework of your building is sound, we simply take the roof off and build it back up again.
During a buildings lifetime at some point, there will usually be a requirement to consider refurbishment. The existing roof and wall coverings can be:
- Removed and replaced.
- Over-clad.
- Insulation added to increase U-value performance, lowering carbon emissions and helping the environment whilst also reducing heating costs.
- Increase the life expectancy of your roof with gutter and roof maintenance. Roofs and gutters are often overlooked but are an integral part of the building envelope.
We have access to Mobile Elevating Work Platforms providing safe and cost-effective access to and from the workplace.
Composite Panels
Composite panels are a three layer system manufactured in one, comprising of the liner, insulation and top sheet. The panels are made in varying thicknesses and lengths in the factory to suit the building as required and are usually through fixed.
The thicker the panel the greater the U value (sum of thermal resistances) measured in units W/m2.K.
The lower the U value the better insulated the building will be.
Built-Up Roofing & Cladding Systems
Built-up systems can be used when over-cladding existing worn out coverings and new builds. This is usually a three-layer system as per composites but is installed in its individual layers on site. Liner sheet first with cavity supports (top sheet support), insulation and finally top sheet.
Perimeter flashing and fitments installed last making the system complete.
Daylight Solutions
Natural daylight is the most abundant natural energy resource we have which is also sustainable.
With the inclusion of roof or wall lights, you can maximise the transmission of natural light whilst reducing the carbon footprint and the need for artificial lighting.
Rooflights can be integrated into the system reducing your lighting bill and cutting CO2 emissions.
We have access to Mobile Elevating Work Platforms providing safe and cost-effective access to and from the workplace.
Our experienced team are fully qualified and trained for working at height whilst performing roof and gutter maintenance with minimal disruption.
