Based in Galway, we work throughout the country and over the past few years have completed projects in Dublin, Limerick, Galway and Mayo. We offer a professional hands on approach to all our projects and we have a reputation for on time and within budget completion.

Operating from our office in Galway, Mannion Build was established in 2009 to provide contract building services to residential and commercial markets.

Our team of highly skilled tradespeople holds over 35 years of experience, from private domestic housing to complex multi unit developments, commercial and industrial units.

Our project management leaves nothing to chance. We build excellent relationships with all stakeholders and we complete projects as a team, ensuring an on time and within budget completion.

New Build
We provide a range of building contractor services from turn-key finish right through to builders finish. Our expertise includes a number of build systems, including traditional block, timber frame, and SIP

Commercial
This 350sqm showroom construction consists of reinforced pad and beam foundations, steel portal frame with insulated cladding and block walls with 200mm full fill insulation. Rockwool, Ablative Coated Batt provides fireproofing between garage and offices. Kingspan highline guttering throughout and electric roller doors for access to the workshop area. Internal walls are metal stud partition which can be easily moved in the future. All Part M compliant for access to individuals with disabilities

Industrial
We have a particular interest in Conservation and Heritage projects on historic buildings and Churches. The meticulous attention to detail we apply to all our projects is ideally suited to the delicate requirements of repointing block work, lime works and roof repairs /replacement while minimising intervention during architectural restoration

Civil & Groundworks
Mannion Build own and operate their own fleet of civils equipment. We have worked on numerous projects for councils and road building companies throughout the country.
