MEWP Courses
Our MEWP courses adopt best in class international industry standards & practices for correct and safe use of Mobile Elevating Work Platforms. That is why all our MEWP courses include as standard MEWP Working at Height & Safety Harness Awareness. We only use experienced instructors and all our trainers & courses are fully accredited.

Manual Handling Courses
It is a legal requirement in Ireland that all employees involved in any manual activity in the workplace must be trained in Manual Handling: The Safety, Health & Welfare at Work (General Regulations) 2007, Chapter 4, Regulations 68 and 69 apply to manual handling in the workplace.
Our Manual Handling course is designed to provide participants with the knowledge to conduct all manual handling activities in a manner that will prevent injury and is based on the HSA course guidelines
Safe Pass & CSCS Construction Courses
The Solas Safe Pass Health and Safety Awareness (known as Safe Pass) training programme is a one day course for all construction site personnel, including construction apprentices and trainees. The training programme has been designed to ensure that participants have a basic knowledge of health and safety and are aware of the inherent dangers on construction sites. NST can supply this course on a nationwide basis up to 6 days per week.
Instructor Courses
Our Mobile Elevating Work Platforms (MEWPS) Instructor Course is designed to provide participants with the knowledge, skills and resources to successfully deliver MEWPS Operator Training and Instruction. All successful candidates will receive 5 Year NST Certification.
First Aid Courses
NST provide a range of accredited first aid courses throughout Ireland. We cater for SME’s, Large companies, SME’s, Schools and private individuals.
Abrasive Wheels Courses
NST provide Abrasive Wheel Training Courses on a regular frequency so you can be assured of getting your training at a time and place that suits you. For those interested in instructing others in the safe use of Abrasive Wheels we also provide Abrasive Wheel Instructor Courses.
Forklift Courses
NST provide a range of training courses for all types of Forklifts and applicable attachments, including Counterbalance, Reach Truck, Power Pallet Trucks, Combi Lift, Side Loader, Bendi-Flexi & Aisle Master Narrow Aisle Forklifts. We cater for different levels of skillset from Novice to Experienced Operators. We only use experienced & accredited RTITB/IIPMM qualified instructors to deliver top quality forklift training.
Plant & Machinery Courses
NST provide training on a wide range of Plant, Tools & Machinery. This can be done onsite, at customer’s premises or at one of our training facilities. Training can be catered to our customer’s specific requirements.
Consultancy & Certification
NST provide a wide range of consultancy and certification services to help ensure we keep you and your employees safety aware and compliant in all aspects of Health & Safety. We provide a straightforward competitive service that will satisfy all your legislative and EHS requirements.
Horticulture & Agriculture Courses
The purpose of this award is to equip the learner with the knowledge, practical skill and competence to apply pesticides using a hand held applicator in accordance with safe practices.

Nationwide Safety Training provide Food Safety Training & Consultancy Services to a broad range of sectors including Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes, Deli’s, Catering Companies, Schools and Colleges and basically any company that provide food to the public or their employees.
