Clearance Choice
All of our clearance offers are brand new, boxed, perfect tiles offered at a 50% or more saving from their normal trade or retail price. We buy clearance regularly from a variety of different suppliers, so the selection changes often. Clearance tiles are usually “one-off” bargains that are offered subject to remaining unsold, so it’s important to snap these up if you see something you fancy because once they’re gone, that’s it – there may well be no more at these prices. We can reserve tiles for you for a limited period whilst you request a sample and make your decision.

Recycled Tiles
In our recycled section, you’ll find premium brands from leading manufacturers, offered at a fraction of their new cost. Only those tiles with years of useful life left in them make it onto our website.

Some of our recycled tiles are almost indistinguishable from brand new. If they display signs of wear or soiling, we clean them and sterilise them using products similar to those used in hospitals to fight infection.

Our accurate and honest descriptions will help you to find the best tile for your budget.

The more expensive tiles are the most consistent, and some are as new. Cheaper tiles may look a little patchy when re-laid, but this becomes less apparent once the furniture is installed. The tiles start to blend in once they receive new foot traffic in their new location, and undergo vacuuming on a regular basis.

‘A’ grade are the very best, ‘B’ Grade are good but with slight variations from tile to tile and ‘C’ Grade are best suited to lofts, outbuildings and warehouses, anywhere where aesthetics are less important.

Even our most expensive used tiles cost far less than a cheap new one, and a cheap new tile won’t be good enough for a demanding commercial environment. With our recycled tiles, you get a premium product worth up to £40 per metre, a product designed to last 20 years, a product that is only a fraction of the way through its useful life.
