Peritus Security was bought out by Avantgarde and V360 Systems ltd.
The Owners now are not the original owner and sadly the good name of Peritus has gone.
My company came to the UK looking for mobile CCTV solutions. We reviewed numerous kit and I have to say categorically that the V360/Peritus model falls way behind its competitors.
Most worrying is the design.You can open the case with a pocket knife.
Once inside you will find equipment supplied by 230v stored in a tin box.
The cases or carcasses leak water and I would be amazed if some construction worker hasnt met his maker.
But this is just the tip of the iceberg, the company themselves care not a hoot about the service or stability of their systems. We spoke with a dozen site supervisors and not one of them had a word to say.
If you are looking for a CCTV solution then dont stop at this house.
Go seek another supplier or you will surely regret it.
