contacted West Coast Decorators and was positively surprised when they said they could start the job almost immediately. I paid the total amount upfront. Philip came one day, stayed for few hours and didnt finish any room. He said he would come back with another guy at the end of the week. Never showed up and didnt let me know beforehand he wouldnt come. Than he blaimed me of not telling him that the walls would need 2 coats. Very rude and unprofessional. He never finished the job and didnt reimburse me. Dont recommend
