Vismar’s contact detail was given to me by a mutual friend while I was considering options for kitchen design and installation service for our new build. Although our site (located in Co Laois) is outside their usual service area; and our budget limited; Vismar responded to my initial enquiry with both understanding and a willingness to help. After two commitment free consultations Vismar was able to present a design my wife and I were happy to proceed with. In between there were periodic telephone and email communications to update on progress or confirm design and material details. The two-man installation team included Vaidas (Visma’s brother) and Valera. These gentlemen were very friendly and clearly experienced. They new exactly what they were doing and were fully prepared for the job. Even when it became necessary to ask for a change to the design half way through the 2 day installation, the guys responding with understanding and helped to develop an ‘on the spot’ solution. Its been 8 weeks since we moved into our new home and we’re so proud of our kitchen. Our family and friends all admire the quality of the design and workmanship. We’re glad to have chosen Designcraft to provide our kitchen and for their ‘can-do’ attitude.
