House Planning Applications Dublin
The House Architects are experts in the Planning Application process and have succeeded in securing Planning Permission for multiple projects over twenty years in practice. We can provide expert advice for your house plans on the relevant Planning guidelines for your property. We work closely with Dublin City Council, Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council, South Dublin County Council, Fingal County Council and others outside of Dublin ensure the best outcome for our Planning Applications. Where necessary we have the expertise to lodge appeal to An Bord Pleanala, and have a proven track record of achieving positive outcomes through this process.

Project Management Services
The House Architects can provide full project Management services for any project form inception to completion. This can include initial feasibility studies for development potential or a pre-purchase inspection of a house, through the tendering process, drafting of Contracts for construction and monitoring of construction quality throughout the build process. As an accredited RIAI practice we can certify compliance of construction works for conveyancing and bank funding purposes at each stage of the project. Through careful project management we are able to ensure that your project reaches fruition with the minimum of stress and inconvenience to you.
