Established in 2015, CARLIN is a Chartered Quantity Surveying Practice, regulated by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) providing a range of services relating to Cost Consultancy and Project Management to end-user clients.

The practice has grown steadily handling a wide and varied portfolio of work across Ireland and the U.K. and in 2018 expanded to open a head office in Rathnew, County Wicklow.

We aim to provide a personal service working collaboratively within a team to achieve a finished project on time and within an agreed budget to meet our clients' requirements and aspirations. With a high level of care and attention to detail, we focus on minimising risk and creating opportunities to maximise the value of our clients’ developments and property assets.
