????? Extremely Disappointed – 27 Weeks and Still No Resolution
I was told my gate installation would be completed within 5 weeks, yet 27 weeks later the job remains unfinished and what has been done is faulty. Despite numerous attempts to identify possible solutions and have timeframes clarified the gate remains unfinished, inoperable and substandard.
This entire experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I would strongly advise anyone considering using this company to look elsewhere — communication, workmanship, and professionalism have been severely lacking.
