Main Bathroom Renovations
The Main or ‘Family’ Bathroom is so called because it is often the most used bathroom in your home. It is usually accessed off a hallway close to the bedrooms and can be either upstairs or downstairs depending on the layout of your house. A newly renovated main bathroom is therefore likely to be enjoyed by a large number of people whether they be guests or family members.

Of course the bathroom design needs to be practical and include all of the elements required for modern living. This, however, doesn’t mean that elements of luxury and style cannot be incorporated into the design in order to increase the desirability of and ultimately increase the value of your home. That is why we place such an emphasis on getting the design right. Our 3D images will help you envisage exactly how your completed main bathroom will look before we start the work. Only when you are completely satisfied with the design will we begin ordering the specified materials and scheduling installation.

En Suite Renovations
Master en suite bathrooms are now commonplace in homes throughout Ireland.

They typically consist of a shower, toilet, vanity unit and radiator and if space permits there may be a bath as well. Unlike the main bathroom which guests and other family members frequently visit, you as the homeowners are the only people to see the en suite.

Therefore, there can be a tendency for the en suite to become tired and unloved because you are busy worrying about everyone else important in your lives. We believe this is the wrong way to look at it and when it comes to the master en suite we subscribe to the airplane oxygen mask methodology. You have to look after yourself first.

Under Stairs & Guest Toilets
Most modern homes have a guest toilet or bathroom of some sort. They usually consist of a toilet and washbasin along with all of the usual accessories or maybe there might be room for a shower or pet bath if you are lucky.

In two story houses, the toilet can be tucked away under the stairs or depending on the layout of your house, a bathroom off the utility room may be what you have.
