I just wanted you to know how great Samantha is. I've had issues with Oxford in the past, and she helped me a few weeks ago with cover, which has eased the pressure I often get from that client.

She met me outside the site recently to introduce herself and has gone out of her way to make sure I got the right person in there.

Also, over the last few days she has helped me again with this site, and saved me the trouble of a 2-hour drive to induct someone, and even agreed to go and collect keys on Friday, to give to the cover cleaner, again saving me a 2-hour each-way trip.
