A major manorial house project in the Dublin suburbs has implemented an eco-friendly heating system.

The grand architecture of Malahide Manor has been complemented by Geothermal power, as well as a solar-heated pool, designed to reduce running costs.

A solid wood kitchen in the retreat was designed by Cheswick, boasting a large overmantel above the aga range.

In the pool room and entertainment space, a bespoke curved bar was designed in a similar style to the kitchen with granite worktops, incorporating wine coolers and drinks storage.

Each of the bedrooms has been given built in Cheswick dressing rooms. Hanging rails, shelving, drawers and dressing tables all combine to give each room plenty of storage.

The sink cabinets have been made to match in the en-suites to give an overall consistent concept of furniture style through out the home. The top floor is finished off with a beautiful library.
