Kildare Developments Approved

Plans for a small-scale apartment development have been approved in Celbridge, Co Kildare.

Kildare County Council granted permission to Pinewood Properties Limited to build at a site on Vanessa Close, in the town.

County planners earlier gave the green light to a housing scheme in Straffan.

K-Club Ltd's proposals for residential development in the vicinity of the existing walled garden of the K Club resort were given the go-ahead.

The housing scheme will consist of 11 dwellings units.

Access will be provided via an existing road, which is to be modified, off the main hotel estate road.
