The Luas Red Line extension to Dublin's docklands has opened to the public for the first time today, with free transport for commuters until 3pm today.
There are four new stops on the new extension - at George's Dock, Mayor Square, Spencer Dock and the Point.
The route passes the Harbourmaster bar and restaurant and will serve the National College of Ireland, the 02 and the Point Village.
The line is being officially opened by Minister for Transport Noel Dempsey today, with normal passenger services beginning tomorrow morning from 5:30am.
