Dublin And Cork Property Values Falling

House prices in Dublin and Cork dropped in March, new figures have revealed.

A three-bedroom house in Cork now costs €239,000 on average, according to Property Week.

This represents an overall drop of 6% in the past two months alone.

A similar property in Dublin now stands at just over €346,000 - a drop of 1.1%.

Galway house prices, however, remain at €251,000, the report adds.
