A developer has applied for planning permission to part-demolish a retail premises in Selskar, Wexford, so as to open a three-storey development which may feature a restaurant.
Bawn Developments Ltd. has sought planning permission from Wexford Borough Council for the development at Well Lane, Selskar.
This would include the part demolition of the existing two-storey retail space consisting of 189 sqm and providing a three-storey development with the ground floor consisting of 188 sqm retail area, 122 sqm, staff area, toilet and storage.
The first floor would feature 175 sqm for retail or a restaurant 71 sqm, kitchen and store 30 sqm and outdoor roof terrace 40 sqm. The second floor of 88 sqm would consist of mezzanine retail and restaurant area and toilets
A decision is expected on the application before Christmas.
