The site of the former B3 cables company in Longford has been put on the market with an asking price of €2.25m. The facility at Aughafad went into receivership in July, 2010.
The site includes around 11,665 square metres of industrial premises and a two-storey office block and is located on 2.17 hectares of land.
According to the website www.unearthore.com it's not yet known how long the Aughafad site will remain on the market for and if it will actually go for the asking price of over two million euro.
The project team includes estate agent Lisney.
