Social Housing Units Boost For Oldpark

Andrew Bradley Ltd has been appointed as the main contractor for the construction of a housing development at Oldpark Avenue, Belfast.

According to www.unearthore.com the cost of the scheme is in the region of £344,000.

The development will comprise of the construction of three new social housing units on two infill sites and rehabilitation of one existing social housing unit adjacent to the infill sites.

Main construction work is expected to commence on site during mid-April and the contract period is estimated at nine months.

The cost of the scheme is in the region of £344,000.
