Townmore Win Refuge Centre Contract

Townmore Construction Ltd has been appointed as the main contractor for the Women's Refuge Centre for Teach Tearmainn, Eyre Street, Newbridge, Kildare.

According to the website www.unearthore.com the development will comprise the construction of a single storey women's refuge centre with 4 residential units and office and support accommodation with an overall approximate floor area of 350 square metres.

Enabling works are currently underway on site with main contruction work set to commence during May 2011.

The value of the scheme is in the region of €1,000,000. The contract period is 12 months. Sub-contractors will be appointed in due course.
