Swords Gets New Pre-School Building

Tenders have been returned from a select list of contractors (for which no further applications are being accepted) for the works involved with the construction of a single storey two-classroom pre-school building at Feltrim Road, Swords, Co. Dublin.

The building will measure 169 square metres including external play areas, fencing, pavements and soft landscaping.

Modification of parking area approved under Planning Permission F09A/0172 to provide two additional standard parking spaces and an additional disabled parking space on the site of the new two-storey primary school currently under construction will also be provided.

The architect is Mahoney Architecture.
