Cork School Extension Contract Awarded

The main contractor has been appointed for a €200,000 School Extension in Co. Cork.

Darwin Construction Ltd will be responsible for the removal of a prefabricated classroom building, demolition of a room and the construction of a single-storey extension at Brigown, Mitchelstown.

The extension will contain classrooms and all associated siteworks.

Main construction work is expected to commence on site during early July, 2011 and the contract period is estimated at three months.
