Works Underway €380k Community Centre Extension

Cork-based contractors, John Ronan & Company Limited have started initial works on the extension and alterations to Kilbehenny Community Centre in Kilbehenny Co. Limerick.

Designed by Denis Creedon Consulting Engineers, the project will include a new side extension and alterations to the existing community centre including replacement of existing roof.

Also included in the project are elevational changes, a new bio-cycle treatment unit, increase the site area by incorporating additional adjoining lands, new car parking and all associated site works.

Work is expected to take 10 months to complete.

The development will measure 249 sq.m. and will be located on a 0.43 hectare site.
