Tenders Sought for £340k Nursery Extension

Tenders are currently being sought for the appointment of a contractor to look after an extension to a nursery.

Harrison Nurseries in Greyabbey in County Down will undergo renovations including the demolition of the existing nursery building and replacement with new coffee shop.

Meanwhile alterations to existing buildings so it can be used as farm shop will be completed during the project. Car parking and landscaping will also be tackled during the scheme.

Construction work is expected to commence in October this year and take in the region of five months to complete.

The development will measure 450 sq.m. and will be located on a 5 hectare site.
