€192k School Project Gets Going

Construction has began on a €192k school extension project in Roscommon.

Tarpey Construction has recently commenced work on the extension to The Don National School in Ballaghaderreen in County Roscommon.

The development designed by Mayo-based architect John Halligan & Associates calls for the construction of extension to side of existing school comprising link corridor, office space, two classrooms with toilets accommodation and associated site works.

The development is expected to be finished by early 2012. It will measure 208 sq.m. and will be located on a 0.3 hectare site.
