NI Water have announced that an essential Sewer Improvement Scheme will commence in early August in the Mullaghbawn area.
Improvements will be made to the existing Wastewater Treatment Works and a new sewer will be laid along the Church Road, Mullaghbawn. The programme of work will last approximately 8 months.
£800,000 has been invested in this scheme, which will improve wastewater services in the local area and ensure that wastewater treatment complies with Northern Ireland Environment Agency (NIEA) and European regulations.
NI Water and its contractor BSG Civil Engineering would like to thank local residents, businesses and the travelling public in advance for their co-operation and patience during this essential improvement work.
