NI Water and its contractor Quinn's Automatic Ltd will shortly commence work to repair an existing foul sewer pipeline at the junction of Shipquay Street and Bank Place in L/Derry. Pipelaying operations will also take place on both Shipquay Street and Bank Place.

The work is due to commence on Monday 24th September and it is anticipated that it will take one week to complete. Work is also programmed to take place during the evening and night time on Monday 24th September.

As with all works of this nature, there will be an element of disruption to traffic in the area for the duration of the work. NI Water has been in consultation with DRD Roads Service to minimise this disruption.
