£180,000 Major Resurfacing Scheme To Begin

Regional Development Minister Danny Kennedy has announced the start of a £180,000 major resurfacing scheme on A45 Wellington Road, A45 Milltown Road and A45 Railway Road, Dungannon.

The work is due to begin on Monday 19 August 2013 and last for four weeks.

The Minister said: "The benefits of this scheme will be an improved running surface and a reduction in vehicular noise on this busy traffic route through Dungannon town."

To minimise inconvenience to the travelling public and local businesses, as much of the work as possible will be undertaken without a road closure, however road closures will be required to lay the final surface during week commencing Monday 9 September. These roads will only be closed when work is taking place and access will be maintained to premises.
