Louth County Council is to carry out improvement works to Bellurgan Embankment, Dundalk within the townland of Bellurgan, County Louth.

The improvement works shall comprise of:

• Provision of access road

• Phased placement of fill to raise the embankment crest level

• Erection of replacement fencing along boundaries affected by the proposed works

• Relocation of embankment toe drain

Plans and particulars of the proposed development are available for inspection to Wednesday 29th January 2014 at the offices of Louth County Council, County Hall, Millennium Centre, Dundalk, during normal office hours. Plans and particulars may be purchased at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy.

Submissions or observations with respect to the proposed development, dealing with the proper planning and sustainable development of the area in which the development would be situated, may be made in writing to the undersigned at Louth County Council, County Hall, Millennium Centre, Dundalk, before 5.00pm on Wednesday 12th February 2014.
