Robin Swann, the Ulster Unionist MLA Assembly for North Antrim and Chairman of the Stormont Employment and Learning Committee, has called on the entire community to remember in their thoughts and prayers the family of a young boy who died in a farm slurry tank accident near Dunloy at the weekend.
Mr Swann, the Ulster Unionist Party Chief Whip and a Past President of the Young Farmers’ Clubs of Ulster, said: "I express my sympathy to the family of the young boy who has tragically died and hope his Father makes a full recovery.
"My own thoughts and prayers are with the family at this time and I appeal to the community to rally round the family circle by also remembering this family in their thoughts and prayers.
"It is becoming clear this is another terrible slurry tank accident."
